Score from Trustpilot in widgets

Until you get your first review on TrustSays, some widgets can show your score from Trustpilot. It disappears by itself.

If your company doesn't have any reviews on TrustSays yet, but has a score from Trustpilot, the small score widgets can show it instead of an empty box. That way you have something to show from day one.

Which widgets show it?

Only widgets that show score and number: Mini, Badge, Micro, Product stars, Score badge, Star band, Product card and Score ring.

Below the score it says, for example, 120 reviews on Trustpilot, so it's clear where the figure comes from.

Widgets with reviews in full text, e.g. Carousel and Grid, don't show Trustpilot reviews. They show the empty state, and a click leads to the page where the customer can write the first review.

When does it disappear?

As soon as you have one public review on TrustSays, all widgets show your SaysScore and your own reviews instead. You don't need to change the code.

When isn't it shown?

  • When we don't have a score from Trustpilot for you.
  • When the profile has a warning, or is under protection, e.g. because of suspected fake reviews.

The quickest way to your own SaysScore is to invite your customers. See Send invitations automatically.
