In Widget studio all 53 widgets are in the Says boxes list. They're divided into five groups, each with its own coloured dot. Below each name it says where the widget typically sits. Use the Search widgets field to find a particular one.
The five groups
- Score and badges: your SaysScore and stars in a small format. E.g. Mini (one line in the header, footer or by the buy button), Badge, Micro, Seal, Award, Score badge, Score ring, Ranking, Before and after and Text link.
- Reviews: the latest reviews in full text. E.g. Carousel (the homepage), Grid (a separate page with reviews), List (sidebar), Quote, Large quote, six kinds of Ticker, Latest 3, Honest criticism, Carousel with large cards and Reviewer faces.
- Conversion: widgets close to the purchase. E.g. Product stars, Product card, Floating button, Floating tab, Latest review, Mobile bar, Star band, Always replies, At checkout and Hero overlay.
- Data and figures: Breakdown (score and five bars), Breakdown wide, Topics, What they praise, By country and Compare.
- Offline and email: Collect reviews (clickable stars on the thank-you page), Email signature and several signatures, Order confirmation and Shop sign.
Good to know about some of them
- Product stars and Product card show your overall SaysScore. There are no reviews of individual products yet. You add the product's name, price and image in the code yourselves.
- Floating button and Floating tab sit at the bottom right. Latest review appears at the bottom left after 2.5 seconds, stays for 10 seconds and is shown once per visit.
- Mobile bar and Mobile bar with button are only shown on narrow screens under 900 px. If the visitor closes the bar with a button, it stays closed for the rest of the visit.
- Reviewer faces shows initials, never photos.
Some are only shown when they're true
Several widgets are only shown on your site when the figures behind them hold. Seal requires you to be verified. Award is only shown for no. 1 in the category and Ranking only in the top 10. Always replies requires you to reply to over 80% of reviews, and Before and after is only shown when the score is rising. The widget hides itself until it's true.
Q&A and Shop sign can be seen in the studio but aren't shown on your site yet, because questions and answers and the QR code don't exist yet.
Email widgets are drawn with the same script as the others. Most email programs don't run scripts, so a finished version for emails doesn't exist yet. Contact us and we'll help.
