Who can see what on your review?

Everyone can see your first name, your country and the review itself. Your email and your surname are never shown, not even to the company.

A review is public so others can use it. But we only show what's necessary about you.

What everyone can see

  • Your first name.
  • The country you wrote the review from.
  • How many reviews you've written.
  • Stars, title, text and the date of the review.
  • When the experience took place, if you've entered it.
  • Verified purchase, if the company has confirmed the purchase with an order.
  • The company's reply.

What the company sees

The company sees the same as everyone else: your first name, number of reviews and the review itself. The company never sees your email.

If the company invited you, it already knows your email, because it sent the invitation itself. If the purchase is verified, the company can also recognise the order.

What nobody sees

  • Your email address.
  • Your surname.
  • Your IP address. We don't store it in plain text at all.

Your public profile

You can choose to turn on a public profile, so you can share a link to all your reviews. It's off until you turn it on yourself. Read Share your profile.

Be careful with personal data in the text

Don't write names of staff, order numbers, phone numbers or addresses in the review. It's against the guidelines for reviewers, and we hold back reviews like that.
