You don't need to have been invited by the company, and you don't need to have bought anything. What matters is that you've had a real experience with it.
You can write a review if
- you've had an experience with the company within the past 12 months, e.g. a purchase, a contact with customer service or a visit
- the review is about your own experience
- you're at least 16 years old
- you have an account with a verified email. You log in with a one-time code, so there's no password to remember
You may only have one account.
You may not review
- a company you own or work for
- a competitor
- a company that has given you money, gifts, a discount or another benefit for writing
One review per company
You can review the same company once within 12 months. If you've had a new experience, you can edit your review instead. You can write no more than 10 reviews in 24 hours.
The company isn't listed yet
If you can't find the company, you can add it when you write the review. You need the address of the company's website, and it must respond before the company can be created.
How to do it
- Choose Write a review at the top of the page or on the company's profile.
- Log in with your email and the code we send.
- Choose stars, write about your experience, and send.
The review is checked before it becomes public. It usually takes a few minutes.
