On this page
Many companies send an email via TrustSays after a purchase and ask you for a review. Responding is voluntary.
How to do it
- Open the invitation email.
- Click the number of stars that fits your experience.
- You go straight to the Write step with the company and the stars selected.
- Write a Headline and your text, choose the date, and choose To confirmation.
- Confirm, log in with a code by email, and choose Send review.
What does the invitation give?
- The review gets the Invited label.
- If the invitation belongs to a paid or delivered order, it also gets the Verified purchase label.
The company doesn't see your email with the review, and it can't change or remove what you write.
Stars on the webshop's thank-you page
Some webshops show stars on the page you see after a purchase. If you click them, you also go straight to the review. If the purchase can be confirmed, the review gets the Verified purchase label.
If it doesn't work
- The invitation has been used: An invitation can only be used once. If you write again from the same email, the review becomes Unprompted.
- You've already reviewed the company: You can review the same company once within 12 months. Edit your review instead.
- The link doesn't work: Go to the company's page on TrustSays and choose Write a review. The review will then be Unprompted.
You're welcome to write a review even if you haven't been invited. Companies may not invite only the happy customers.
